Motor plug is 4mm gold plated connector, install it with M3 screw. Balanced and smooth rotor can get best reliability and maximum RPM. Also, rotor is removable and replaceable. Ultra-thin silicon lamination behaves high magnetic permeability, good insulation and heat resistance.
