How to Use:
1. The DC motor governor controls the speed of the DC motor by adjusting the pulse width modulation (PWM). 
2. Control the CW and CCW rotation and stop of the DC motor through the button switch. 
3. Press the green button, the motor CCW rotates; release the button, the motor stops. 
4. Press the red button, the motor CW rotates; release the button, the motor stops.
