1.UVW phase line output connected to motor
2.5V GND The motherboard comes with 5V (current does not exceed 100MA)
3.VCC GND main power supply (external DC power supply)
4.SC speed pulse signal output (only leave the interface without technical support)
5.DIR forward and reverse control (can be connected externally)
6.BRAKE brake control (can be connected externally)
7.0-5V PWM speed control signal dual input (the onboard potentiometer can also be used to adjust the speed of the external 0-5V analog PWM duty cycle signal dual input speed control)
Description:
Overcurrent protection: no (need to connect an external fuse)
Locked-rotor protection: Yes (the current will automatically drop after the locked-rotor)
Over-temperature protection: Yes (if the temperature exceeds 100 degrees, the power is reduced by half)
The connection of V/P short contact is that the PWM signal input effectively recognizes the true PMW signal to support the 3.3V system, and the PMW signal needs to be input from the two ports of the terminal (PWM GND)
When the V/P short contact is disconnected, the 0-5V analog signal input is valid (the factory default is disconnected). During analog input, you can use the onboard voltage potentiometer to adjust the speed. If you want to connect 0 -5V analog signal input, you must remove the jumper cap on the board to cut off the potentiometer voltage divider signal, and then input 0-5V analog signal from the two ports of the terminal (0-5 GND), the highest voltage should not exceed 5V
Note:
This drive is a DC Three Phase Brushless control board, the motor needs a hall to work properly, only applicable to electrical angle 120 degrees.
