SPEEDBOX products allow you to increase your E-bikeÂ’s potential. This gadget suppresses the speed limiter. The maximum speed of your electric bike will only be limited by your pedaling rate.

SpeedBox for Shimano E8000, E7000, E6100 & E5000 is a process control module which increases the maximum speed of your electric bike from 20 mph to 35 mph. Point to remember, when the SpeedBox is active the display will only present speeds at half their actual values.

If you do not have lights installed by a certified service technician, the tuning kit is always active from the moment you turn your bike on.

If you have lights on your e-bike, which have been installed by a certified service technician, then you will be able to activate or deactivate your SpeedBox.

Lights on ? SpeedBox is deactivated

Lights off ? SpeedBox is activated

If you prefer to have your lights on and the SpeedBox active at the same time, then do not connect the red wire of the SpeedBox to your drive.
