Sensor is not close enough to the magnet. (needs to be closer than 4mm) The sensor hasnt been plugged in far enough and tightened fully up. Check connection and tighten. If the cable been damaged during riding then the cable will need to be repaired. Sensor is faulty, please exchange for another one.
