Please install the USB DRIVER & FORScan Softwares before connecting the car, if you lose the software download channel, Please ask us for new software download channels.

Instructions for Use

1. After receiving the product, connect the product USB interface to the computer (only applicable to windows systems).

2. login to the website(sw.forscan.net) on the manual and download USB driver [CH340] & FORScan software(PC Software-FORScan).

3.When in use, the 16-pin interface is connected to the carÂ’s OBD2 interface, and the USB is connected to the computer.

4.Some FORScan functions require an extended licence, you can get free extended licence 2 months trial from forscan.org.

Note:

If you are using the win10 system and the adapter cannot work, please follow the steps below to make the Forscan software compatible with the win7 system.

Step 1: Close Both Antivirus And Firewall-Right-Click The Forscan Icon on Desktop-Choose Properties-Choose Compatibility-Choose "Win7", Then Save.

Step 2: Right-Click Forscan Icon Again-Choose "Run As Administrator"-Connect The Cable To Laptop And Car Ignition on To Test.

Read/erase fault codes from ALL modules (such as Focus, Mondeo/Fusion, Kuga, S-Max, C-Max, Transit, Ranger, F150 etc )

Access modules on both HS-CAN and MS-CAN mode

Read vehicle configuration, actuator tests

2.Connect USB scan tool with laptop and car.

ELM327 USB scan tool supports HS CAN from the stock, because for Ford HS CAN completely matches to the OBD2 standards. It occupies pins 6 and 14. MS CAN bus occupies pins 3 and 11.
