*Motor not included. Repair Kit Includes: 1 X Plastic Gear (Teeth Count 78) 1 X Gear Bushing (As shown in Pictures). Please make sure to open your existing motor first, compare the gear from pictures visually and then place order. Interchangeable with Kwikee motor part number 1101428. Motor 214-1001/9 compatible
*If your RV step is retracting or extending only part of the way or wont stay retracted while traveling or the motor continues to run with a clunking or grinding noise after the step is retracted then it is likely that the transmission/gear in the motor needs to be replaced.
*A common failure inherent to the RV Step entry motor is the breakage of the plastic Gear. Over time the plastic Gear get stripped and Entry step stop working.
