1.There are four buttons (HI, MED, LOW, OFF) to control the speed of the fan and off.
2.The light button will control the light brightness dimmer and on/off.
(Note: dimmer function require use halogen, incandescent, and some dimmable LED/CFL bulbs, if use other bulbs only have the on/off function.)
3.The red indicator on the transmitter(remote) will light when one of the five buttons is pressed.

REMINDER:
1. Please set a new DIP switch pattern for the remote control and receiver before installing the receiver.
They have a default pattern, do not use this pattern.
To choose a DIP switch pattern you like, just make sure that the DIP switch pattern of the remote control is the same as the DIP switch pattern of the receiver.

2. If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
3. Do not use with solid state fans.
