Directional Antennas like the HD-2605/HD-2805 can pickup strong, moderate, and weak signals best Omnidirectional antennas like the Omnipro HD-8008/HD-8000 are best at picking up strong and moderate signals. They do not pickup weaker signals as good as a directional antenna. The LAVA Omni-Pro HD-8008 / HD-8000 can pickup strong and moderate signals best without having to rotate the antenna. It has a hard time with very weak signals due to it being omni-directional. The LAVA HD-2605/HD-2805 are better at picking up weaker signals than the Omni-Pro Style, they only need to be rotated and pointed in the right direction. Perfect for low signal reception areas. Our LAVA Indoor Antennas all can only pickup strong and some moderate signals since the Antenna is inside. They also have a max range between 20-75 Miles Depending on the model. Our HD-468 is best. The lava HD-250 is great if you live close to the broadcast towers as you can have signal strength too strong. Its best where an indoor antenna is not enough but the HD-8008 is too strong. Some other factors like hills, mountains, metal buildings, big forests, and some cell towers can weaken your reception with some channels
