Description
The Decora Smart Z-Wave 4-Speed Fan Controller allows you to select one of 4 fan speeds or control your overhead pull-chain paddle fan when paired with a compatible Z-Wave controller. Adjust fan speed from max, high, medium, low, and off using the third-party hub’s app, schedules, or voice control with a Z-Wave hub. Uses 700-Series Chipset which offers S2 security and is enabled with SmartStart. Utilize DD00R for 3-way installations. The 4 Speed Fan Controller leverages the popular Decora brand styling, along with compatible accessories including three-way devices, color change kits, and wallplates. Features true rocker action, pressing the top to turn on and the bottom to turn off. Additionally, the vertical bar on the right side of the paddle is used to increase or decrease the fan speed manually. Vanishing LEDs on the left side of the paddle show current and target fan speed with real-time feedback. For the most professional and cleanest installation, pair the device with an optional Leviton screwless wall plate. DZ4SF is for use with Z-Wave enabled hubs like the Samsung SmartThings, to help facilitate a comprehensive smart home. If you do not wish to use a hub but still desire voice controls and select third-party device integration, Leviton recommends the DW4SF.
