The Inteset Smart Plug is a Z-wave Plus product using the 500 series chip. It may not work with your gateway. If not, the gateway manufacturer has not integrated or implemented this plug with their controller. It works with Samsung SmartThings, Wink, Fibaro, HomeSeer, Iris and Aeotec. Contact your controller manufacturer to verify that our plug will work. Be sure to review the Device Driver details in in the Inteset Smart Home Device Set-Up section in our Forum.
