The STM32F103C8T6 high-performance family includes a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core running at 72 MHz, high-speed embedded memory (up to 128 KB of flash and up to 20 KB of SRAM), and extensive enhancements connected to two APB buses Type 1/0 and peripherals. All devices offer two 12-bit ADCs, three general-purpose 16-bit timers and a PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2C and SPI, three USARTs, one USB, and one CAN. The STM32F103C8T6 high-performance series has an operating temperature range of -40 to +105 °C and a supply voltage of 2.0 to 3.6V. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.
